You can get to Holiday Inn Resort Batam by taking Sindo ferry from HarbourFront Ferry Terminal Singapore to Water Front Ferry Terminal with about 1 hour ride. Once you arrive at Waterfront Ferry Terminal, you can take a resort free shuttle which is only 2 minutes drive away to reach to the resort. If you book your Holiday Inn Batam Resort Package with us, we will include the ferry tickets and 2-way land transfer from and to WaterFront Ferry Terminal for you.
What is the check-in and check-out time at Holiday Inn Batam?
The standard check in time is 2 PM and check out time is 12 PM Batam Time. However you may request to check in earlier or check out later with the receptionist but subject to availbility. The resort also offers luggage storage to guests for before check-in and after check-out.
