Nagoya Area Batam Hotel Package FAQ
1. What is included in a Nagoya area Batam hotel package from Singapore?
Our Nagoya area hotel packages include return ferry tickets between Singapore and Batam, hotel accommodation with daily breakfast, and return land transfers between Gold Coast Bengkong Ferry Terminal and your hotel. Everything is arranged for you — simply arrive at Harbourfront Centre, board the ferry, and our local guide will meet you at the terminal. Selected hotels also offer 3D2N extensions.
2. Which hotels are available in the Nagoya area?
We feature a range of hotels in and around Nagoya, from budget 2-star stays to comfortable 4-star properties. Popular choices include Alltrue Lite Hotel Nagoya Hill, Aston Nagoya City Hotel, Fave Hotel Nagoya, Fox Hotel Nagoya, Harper Premier Nagoya, HARRIS Hotel & Suites Nagoya, i Hotel Nagoya, and Nagoya Hill Hotel. Most are within walking distance of Nagoya Hill Mall, Nagoya City Walk, and the many restaurants and massage spots in the Nagoya district.
3. Why stay in Nagoya instead of other areas in Batam?
Nagoya is Batam's most vibrant commercial district — it's where you'll find the largest concentration of shopping malls, food courts, massage centres and entertainment venues. It is also a short drive from Gold Coast Bengkong Ferry Terminal, where our packages arrive, making it the most convenient base for shopping and dining trips from Singapore.
4. Is the ferry ticket price included in the Nagoya package?
The return ferry ticket is included in your package price. However, please note that a S$11 per person fuel surcharge is not included and must be paid directly at the Singapore ferry terminal (Harbourfront Centre) on departure day. This surcharge is collected by the ferry operator, not by us.
5. Can I extend my stay to 3 Days 2 Nights?
Yes. All featured Nagoya hotels offer 3D2N extension options. Simply click on your preferred hotel package to view the extension night rate in the rate table. Additional nights can also be added at the same hotel, subject to availability.
6. Can I bring children or infants on the Nagoya package?
Yes, children and infants are welcome. However, please note that ferry operators charge the same rate for all passengers — there are no child or infant ferry fares. Hotel child policies vary: some Nagoya hotels allow children to share existing bedding for free, while others charge for extra beds or breakfast. Contact us via WhatsApp before booking so we can confirm the policy for your chosen hotel.
7. Which Nagoya hotel is best for shopping?
i Hotel Nagoya and Nagoya Hill Hotel are the strongest shopping choices on this page — both are within a short walking distance of Nagoya Hill Mall, Nagoya's largest shopping centre. This makes them ideal bases for shoppers who want to walk to the mall, restaurants and entertainment without needing a taxi.
8. Which Nagoya hotel is best for food?
Aston Nagoya City Hotel, Fave Hotel Nagoya, Harper Premier Nagoya, and HARRIS Hotel & Suites Nagoya are the strongest foodie picks on this page. Aston Nagoya City is surrounded by local eateries and food courts, Harper Premier offers 18th-floor rooftop dining, and Fave Hotel Nagoya sits in a prime culinary location with many food stations around the hotel.
