Batam Resort Tour Package FAQ1. How far in advance do I need to book my tour package?For regular weekend travel, we recommend booking at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance. However, if you are traveling during a Public Holiday or Peak Season, you must secure your booking early and collect your physical boarding passes at least 3 days before your departure date to guarantee ferry availability. 2. You will need to budget for the S$11 per person ferry fuel surcharge (payable at the Singapore ferry counter) and the S$4 per person tour guide tipping. Optional activities such as Go-Kart racing, Dino's Gate entry, water sports, and spa massages are also excluded, along with personal expenses like shopping and travel insurance. 4. What time does the ferry depart from Singapore and return from Batam?The standard tour ferry departs from HarbourFront Centre Singapore in the morning at 09:35 AM Singapore Time. For 2D1N packages, the return ferry from Batam generally departs in the late afternoon on Day 2 (around 3:30 PM or 7:00 PM Batam Time). Exact ferry timings will be confirmed upon your booking. 5. Can I extend my stay to 3 Days 2 Nights?Yes. All featured resorts offer 3D2N extension options. Simply select your preferred resort package to view the extension night rate. Additional nights can also be added at the same resort, subject to availability. The guided city tour takes place on Day 1, while Day 2 is free at leisure for you to enjoy your resort's facilities, beach, or explore Batam at your own pace. For 3D2N bookings, Day 3 is your return day. 6. Can I bring children or infants on the resort tour package?Yes, children and infants are welcome. However, please note that ferry operators charge the same rate for all passengers β there are no child or infant ferry fares.
