The standard tour ferry departs from HarbourFront Centre Singapore in the morning (at 09:35 AM Singapore Time). For 2D1N packages, the return ferry from Batam generally departs in the late afternoon on Day 2. Exact ferry timings will be confirmed upon your booking.
Can I customize the itinerary or choose a different ferry timing?
Our standard tour operates on a seat-in-coach (shared group) basis, which means the itinerary and ferry timings are fixed. If you would prefer greater flexibility, we offer an upgrade to a private tour at an additional cost. Please contact our team for details.
What type of vehicle is used for the city tour?
The tour is conducted in a comfortable, air-conditioned coach with a professional English/Mandarin-speaking guide.
