Take the BatamFast/Sindo ferry from HarbourFront Ferry Terminal Singapore to Sekupang Ferry Terminal (approx. 1 hour). Upon arrival, our driver will meet you at the arrivals gate and provide a 2-way land transfer directly to the resort (approx. 20 mins drive).
What is the check-in and check-out time?
The standard check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 12 PM Batam Time. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability at the resort reception.
Can I use Singapore Dollars at the resort?
No, according to Indonesia Government Regulations, all monetary transactions must be in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Credit card payments will also be converted to IDR.
