How do I get to Batam View Beach Resort?
Take the Batamfast ferry from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal Singapore to Nongsa Pura Ferry Terminal (approx. 35 mins). Upon arrival, our driver will meet you at the arrivals gate and provide a 2-way land transfer directly to the resort (approx. 9 mins drive).
What is the check-in and check-out time?
The standard check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 12 PM Batam Time. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability at the resort reception.
Can I use Singapore Dollars at the resort?
No, according to Indonesia Government Regulations, all monetary transactions must be in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Credit card payments will also be converted to IDR.
