Our 5-star Batam hotel packages include return ferry tickets between Singapore and Batam, luxury hotel accommodation with daily breakfast, and return land transfers between Gold Coast Bengkong Ferry Terminal and your hotel. Everything is arranged for you — simply arrive at Harbourfront Centre, board the ferry, and our local guide will meet you at the terminal. Selected hotels also offer 3D2N extensions (note: S$11/pax fuel surcharge payable at Singapore ferry terminal).

We feature four premium 5-star properties: Grand Mercure Batam Centre, Marriott Hotel HarbourBay, Oakwood Hotel Batam, and Radisson Batam Golf & Convention Center. Each offers a different experience — from waterfront luxury and family-friendly suites to golf course views and direct mall access.
3. Is the ferry ticket price included in the 5-star package?
The return ferry ticket is included in your package price. However, please note that a S$11 per person fuel surcharge is not included and must be paid directly at the Singapore ferry terminal (Harbourfront Centre) on departure day. This surcharge is collected by the ferry operator, not by us.
4. Can I extend my stay to 3 Days 2 Nights?
Yes. All featured 5-star hotels offer 3D2N extension options. Simply click on your preferred hotel package to view the extension night rate in the rate table. Additional nights can also be added at the same hotel, subject to availability.
5. Can I bring children or infants on the 5-star package?
Yes, children and infants are welcome. However, please note that ferry operators charge the same rate for all passengers — there are no child or infant ferry fares. Hotel child policies vary: some 5-star hotels allow children to share existing bedding for free, while others charge for extra beds or breakfast. Contact us via WhatsApp before booking so we can confirm the policy for your chosen hotel.

8. Can I arrive or return via Batam Centre Ferry Terminal instead of Gold Coast Bengkong?
Yes, you can choose to arrive and return via Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. However, please note that land transfer (shuttle) between Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and your hotel is not included in the package — you will need to arrange your own transport, such as a taxi or ride-hailing app. Our standard packages arrive at Gold Coast Bengkong Ferry Terminal, where return land transfer to and from your hotel is included.
